Our schedule of fees and charges may be applicable to the administration of your loan facility. This list is not exhaustive, and actual fees may vary based on the complexity and specific circumstances of your case.

Please be aware that you will be required to pay any costs incurred by us from third-party professionals (including but not limited to solicitors, barristers, receivers, and court fees) whom we may engage in exercising our legal rights, including for the recovery of monies owed to us or to establish or protect our security interest.

Should we apply any additional fee to your loan account to cover administrative costs, we will make reasonable efforts to provide you with advance notice, specifying the fee amount and the nature of the work it covers.

These fees are subject to annual review and may be varied in accordance with the terms and conditions of your loan agreement.

All fees are quoted exclusive of VAT. Where VAT is applicable, it will be charged in addition to the stated fee.
